I Am Addicted to Baby Pandas!

Baby pandas are the cutest things in the world to me. Between the twin baby pandas in Atlanta and China I have become obsessed. I wanted to share this video with anyone who cares about the baby pandas. They are so adorable!

Deva Premal and Miten - Gayatri Mantra

I actually use this mantra as a part of my daily meditation practice. Deva Premal's recording is really beautiful and available online  here. This mantra has really helped me to gain clarity and remove blockages that were slowing me down and preventing me from making progress.

Translation

Om bhoor-bhuvaH svaH,
tat-savitur-vareNNyam,
bhargo devasya dheemahi,
dhiyo yo naH prachodayaat.

Interpretation

'O God, You are the giver of life, the remover of pain & sorrow, the bestower of happiness; O Creator of the Universe, may we receive Your supreme sin-destroying light; may You guide our intellect in the right direction.'
